    All her workouts are great…. i lost 40 lb’s in 3 weeks by doing one workout per day and on weekends i do 40 sit ups… she amazing and it really does work if you try everyday… good luck to you all and hope she will make you feel as good as i do…. Thanks Tammy…

    Work on your right obliques is my best advice. Either that or keep up doing whaqt you’re doing and eventually your right side will fix itself and catch up. Don’t quit your exercise and it should be fine.

    Good toned abs only come if your diet is right…if you are a man, you will need to have 10% or less body fat to see your abs..and with workout alone and bad diet, it will never come…
    With these workouts from this girl the only thing you will get is “spine injury” and rotated pelvis…look for CORRECT workouts from bodybuilding websites NOT whoever posts on youtube…unless you wanna get injured! There is a reason why personal trainers get paid very well! They KNOW the correct form and risks!

    i thought you were suppose to only use the abs for ab work outs not use the momentum of your arms flinging forward to help carry you up

    the scissor kick was crazy!! i could feel it right away….and the workout for the obliques is awesome i didnt know any exercises you could do for the obliques that you can actually feel working
